* WHAT...Northeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 to 50 mph. Winds
will weaken through the evening.

* WHERE...San Bernardino County Mountains.

* WHEN...Until 8 PM PDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles.

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.
